
You can enjoy energy bars anywhere and in any time of the day.
They will boost your energy whenever you are feeling tired or exhausted.
Energy bars don’t crumb. They are soft, chewy and moist with crunchy surprises from chia seeds and nuts.
Try this simple recipe and increase the energy levels in your body.
Dry ingredients:
- ¼ cup of walnuts
- ¼ cup of almonds
- ½ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
- ⅓ cup of hemp seeds
- ¼ cup of dates, pitted and chopped (about 5 or 6 whole dates)
- ¼ cup of vegan chocolate chips or raw cacao nibs
Wet ingredients:
- ¼ to ½ cup of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- ½ to 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
Stir-ins:
- ½ cup of almond flour
- 3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of camu camu powder
- 2 scoops of organic hemp protein powder (optional)
Preparation:

Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor and pulse minimally until all is combined. Don’t over process it if you want there to be chunks of nuts and dried fruit. Remove from processor and set aside in a medium bowl.

Add wet ingredients into food processor or blender and mix until all is combined.

Pour wet mixture over dry and fuse.

Incorporate all stir-ins into mixture until all is combined.

Spread mixture evenly with preferred thickness into a dish or baking pan and place into fridge.
- Once hardened cut into desired shapes and store in an air tight container in the fridge.
