More importantly, they will ensure you a sweet enjoyment (without guilt) whenever you wish.
Ingredients (for 20 balls):
- 2 dcl of almond milk
- 2 small carrots
- ¼ cup of fried almonds
- ¼ cup of sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup of condensed cranberries
- ¼ cup of coconut flakes
- 4 dates
Preparation:
For measuring you can use a cup of yogurt (app 2 dcl).
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Roll the dough into balls and refrigerate to firm up.
This attractive and juicy balls can be kept in the fridge for 4 days.
