Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100 g oatmeal
Directions:
Slice the bananas and add the oatmeal. Mash the mixture with a fork until it becomes uniform.
Arrange the biscuits with a spoon on the baking paper and form them as you may wish.
Bake the biscuits around 15 minutes in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius until they turn golden brown.
Let them sit for a few minutes until they cool.
Before baking you may sprinkle the biscuits with crushed hazels, almonds, sesame seeds or raisins. You can also add Ceylon cinnamon or other spices to the mixture.
