This week we bring you three great recipes for nutritious and healthy super drinks will be your elixirs and sources of strength for the organism and a treat for the palate.

Energy smoothie with strawberries
Ingredients (for 1 glass):
- ¾ cup oat drink
- ¼ cup almond (soaked overnight).
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 6-8 large mature strawberries
After soaking peel the almonds.
Place all the ingredients in the blender and mix them into a thick, fine smoothie.
Instead of strawberries, you can use 3-4 spoons of wild strawberries, raspberries or blueberries.
This drink contains a super food: almond.
Apart from hay quality fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, almond also contains salycilates - natural analgetic substances.
This food, rich in proteins and enzymes, has a beneficial effect on digestion, nervous system and blood sugar levels.
Super omega-3 napitak
Ingredients (for 1 glass):
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix.
If you don't have a quality blender, first grind the chia seeds in a coffee grinder and then mix them with the other ingredients.
This drink contains a super food - chia seeds.
Chia seeds are among the most powerful foods in the world. They are a great source of fibers, antioxidants, proteins, vitamins and minerals as well as the richest vegetable source of omega-3 fatty acids.
Tropical smoothie
During hot days, this drink will cool you down and mentally take you under a coconut palm.
Ingredients (for 1 glass):
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cups pieces of pineapple (canned or fresh)
- 1 smaller banana
Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Note: After opening, stir well the coconut milk to obtain uniform density. Pour it into an ice tray. After it has frozen, mix the ice cubes in a blender together with the pineapple and the banana.
This drink contains super food - coconut milk.
This food, very popular in recent times, is rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and vitamins (specially E and B).
It naturally contains very little sugar, is easy to digest and had a beneficial activity on the whole organism.
