1. Garlic and Red Wine Drink
This drink has a positive effect on metabolism but it can also be helpful with other problems.
Garlic drink strengthens immunity, eliminates fat in the blood, preserves the heart and blood vessels, detoxifies the body and helps with menstrual problems.
Ingredients:
- 12 cloves of garlic
- 0.5 l of red wine (you can also use homemade wine)
Preparation:
Chop the garlic cloves in 4 pieces and place them in a glass bottle and add wine.
Close the bottle and put it on a “sunny” window for 15 days. Shake the bottle 2 to 3 times a day during those 15 days.
Take one teaspoon of this drink three times a day for about a month.
2. Green tea with citrus
Green tea has a positive effect on metabolism.
This recipe combines green tea with citruses making its effect even stronger.
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of boiling water
- 5 green tea bags
- 1 orange (lemon or grape)
- handful of fresh mint
Preparation:
Put tea bags into a boiling water and leave for 3 minutes, then remove tea bags and leave it to cool.
Peal an orange and cut it into slices.
Pour cooled tea into a glass bowl and add orange and mint.
Leave the drink in the fridge over night for the ingredients to combine.
Filter before drinking. Drink 3 times a day before a meal.
3. Honey and Ceylon Cinnamon Drink
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of Ceylon cinnamon

Preparation:
Dissolve a teaspoon of cinnamon in hot water. Wait until it cools.
Add honey when the drink is cooled.
Drink half before going to sleep and the other half leave in the fridge and drink in the morning. Do not heat it.
