
Chocolate is a delicacy that we all love because it stimulates good mood and gives a sense of happiness.
It can be easily prepared at home.
All you need is cocoa butter, cocoa powder and a little bit of natural sweetener.
It takes only a few minutes for preparation.
Adding little bit of vanilla, super berries, coconut leaves and chia seeds will enrich the flavor and texture of the chocolate.
Chocolate always tastes good, but it especially good if you have made it yourself.
Ingredients (for one block of chocolate or one block of chocolate pralines):
Preparation:
Heat the water in a larger bowl until it boils.
In it put a second, smaller bowl in which you will melt cocoa butter.
When the butter is completely melted, mix it with 60 g of raw cocoa powder and a natural sweetener.
I used honey, but you can use agave, maple syrup, dates syrup or coconut sugar.
Stir and fill the molds for making chocolate pralines.
If you do not have molds, pour the mixture on the baking paper that you have placed on a serving dish or a baking pan.
If you want, you can also add super foods such as chia seeds, cocoa beans, goji berries or raisins, cranberries, cocoa leaves and similar products.
Put the chocolate in the fridge for several hours for it to cool and harden.
