Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chopped chives or green onions
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 900 g tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
Mix chives, basil, vinegar and olive oil.
Arrange tomatoes on a plate, season them with salt and pepper, then pour the mixture of chives, balsamic, tarragon and olive oil.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to half an hour. Serve with rice or pasta.
Advice:
To make this interesting salad look more attractive, try to find tomatoes of different colors - some red, some yellow and some green.
