
Gourmand holiday lasagne are best served with equally rich green salad.
Green salad that is rich with minerals, vitamins and nutritive ingredients, can be served with crunchy flax or sunflower seeds.
This combination is excellent for your health.
Ingredients (for 6-8 persons):
- 3 green salads
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of curcuma
- ½ teaspoon of freshly milled pepper
- ½ cup of water
- Juice from one lemon
- Flax seeds
- Dried sunflower seeds
Preparation:
Wash the salad.
In a separate bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, curcuma, pepper and water. Proportion of these ingredients is optional. If you like tart dressings, add more lemon or add less water.
Pour the dressing over the salad and add flax and sunflower seeds.
Serve the salad with the main dish.
