You desire new tastes on your salad and are willing to try something different?

In that case this recipe is something for you: tahini and ginger dressing which will go together well with all sorts of salads you are making these days. 

Tahini alkalizes the organism and promotes healthier heart, blood vessels, skin, joints and muscles. 

Helps brain function and protects organism from aging. 

Ginger is a natural ally to digestion and supplies the organism with strengths during infections. It gives dishes a distinct spicy note many people like.

Regarding to honey, suffice is to say that it's a natural superfood generation of people have enjoyed for millennia.

You can also relish the combination of these ingredients for a salad dressing which takes only five minutes to make. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • ½ -1 tablespoons of honey
  • pinch of freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of water


Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir them well. 

Adjust the ratio of the sweet and hot to taste and spice your favourite salad with the dressing. 

If you don't have tahini, you can buy it in health food store or make it yourself. 


Preparation of tahini:

You will need olive oil and sesame seeds. 

Fry 200 g of sesame seeds in a pan for 10 minutes, constantly stirring. Then grind it in a blender with 2-3 spoons of olive oil. 

You may add to tahini 1-2 spoons and sea salt to taste. 

Raw tahini contains more nutritious components and is made in the same way, but without frying the sesame seeds.

Enjoy the excellent taste of this aromatic dressing!
