- tablespoons of chopped verbena
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon of crushed fenugreek
Put all the ingredients into 1 liter of boiled water and strain after 4 hours.
Verbena Tea
Verbena tea strengthens the nerves, treats nervousness, neurasthenia and insomnia.
You need 1 teaspoon of verbena flower (or one tea bag). Pour it with 2 dl of boiling water and filter after 5 minutes. Drink three times a day before meal.
Verbena tea can be prepared with vine. It will increase the healing benefits of verbena plant. This tea preparation detoxifies the liver, kidneys, spleen, it treats chickenpox, whooping cough and eases heavy breathing.
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of verbena
- 2,5 dcl of vine
- 2,5 dcl of water
Boil verbena for 5 to 10 minutes in a mixture of water and vine. Strain.
Take one teaspoon three times a day before meal.
