Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup cashews
- ½ cup carrots
- 2 large leafy celeries
- 1/3 medium large sweet apples
- pinch of salt
- spoon of lemon juice
- spoon of ground mustard
Preparation:
Grind the sunflower seeds in a food processor to obtain a fine powder.
Add the cashews and grind them until you obtain flour.
Mince the carrot, celery and apple. Mix them with the sunflower and cashew powder until you get a smooth mixture.
Add the salt, lemon juice and mustard and mix them until you obtain a desired mixture.
Serve with pieces of vegetables and enjoy the taste.
