- 100 g raw cashews
- 2 dcl home-made almond milk
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon of dried marjoram
- 2 small chili peppers
Instructions:
- Clean the red bell peppers, cut each in 4-5 slices along its length and place the slices on a dehydrator.
- Proceed to dry them on the dehydrator for 12-14 hours. (You don't need to wait until they are perfectly dry ). Simultaneously, soak the cashews in cold filtered water.
- Drain and rinse them well.
- Make the sauce by placing one carrot and other ingredients into a blender jar. Blend until you obtain a completely smooth mixture. Then put the sauce aside.
-
Use a sharp knife to cut the remaining carrots into long thin strands resembling spaghetti. Place the carrot strands into a strainer, add some salt and leave them to drain for up to 30 minutes.
Then wrap them into kitchen paper and lightly squeeze in order to eliminate as much water as possible. - Add the sauce, mix properly and serve immediately.
