Often when we are in a state of physical or mental imbalance we seek a "cure" outside of ourselves.

But we can solve more problems with activating our inner potentials.

It is necessary to introduce certain natural laws and learn how to use them.

The healing power of movement can help us to solve many problems.


Movement cleans the body and mind


Did you know that about 80% of the body excretes toxins through the process of respiration?

How are you breathing during the day?

If we mostly sit, there is no need for a greater amount of oxygen and energy, and our breathing is relatively superficial and shallow.

Then a lot of toxins remain in the body because they are not removed by breathing.

If we move more, our heart beats faster, our circulation becomes stronger and we automatically start breathing deep.

That way the process of detoxification runs on all levels. More fresh oxygen enters the body and carbon dioxide is discharged.

The blood brings oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body and cells more efficiently and collects waste products.

Kidney and liver functions are also increasing, which is important in the process of cleansing toxins, and we start sweating intensively which removes additional impurities from our body.

When we move, and we focus our attention on what we do, we can purify our mind from negative thoughts.

Focusing attention on breathing and movement removes thoughts that trouble us. As if we are meditating on the move.

We become aware, alert and focused. Movement removes our "mental" toxins.


Beat back pains by moving


Many people have problems with a sore back. The causes are, of course, different.

Much of the pain is caused by not treating the body in a proper way and so destroying their health. 

Most of the problems are caused by mistreatment of our body which causes damage to our health.

If we spent a lot of time sitting in improper positions - as is the case with most people - the muscles that hold the spine begin to relax, and do not have the strength to hold it in the correct position.

That, of course, undermines our posture and functionality of the entire organism.

If we live like that, after some time we will cause not only the imbalance of muscles, but also the changes in the osteoarticular system.

Then it will be harder to regain health and it is very likely that operations will be needed.

You do not want to cause such problems and let the imbalance progresses? We have a solution for you!

Start moving and exercising! Strengthen your muscles and strengthen all organ systems.

One way to do this is to walk with a deep and conscious breathing.

When we walk and breathe deeply, it is impossible to be hunched. Deep breaths completely fill our lungs with oxygen, the chest expands and opens up and the spine "forced" to straighten.

When you breathe deeply, you automatically activate trunk muscles that are responsible for the proper position of the spine.

Yoga is another way to strengthen your back muscles and all other muscles.

Back pain is often caused by chronic muscle tension and it is enough to stretch or massage the muscles for the pain to disappear.

Flex all joints and release tension from your muscles that are contracted due to the stress!

Yoga effectively strengthens and relaxes our muscles and balances the functioning of the organism.


Lift your mood using movement


Think about the body positions you assume when you feel emotionally drained.

You feel like you are "sunken in yourself" – you hunch down, shoulders are falling forward and down, chests are closed, head drops down etc.

You look like a withered plant. You start sinking inside yourselves and your will is lacking. Energy levels plummet.

Each of our mental states is reflected in our posture. What does this tell us?

It tells us that we can change our mood just be changing our posture and body positioning.

It can be easily checked. The next time you start feeling physically ill; move your body in an intense way.

That will quicken the heartbeat, enhance circulation, life energy will begin to flow intensively through your body, the cells will wake up and posture will change.

You will also automatically activate hormones that change our mood and the world will look different.

Movement literally removes negative emotions and we can express ourselves via movement.

If you are angry at someone, and you are not able to express you anger verbally, remove that anger by hitting the boxing bag or a pillow. Or start running intensively, swim, jump, and dance, just move your body.

I guarantee you will feel differently after that – you will feel lighter, relieved, livelier, more relaxed.

Any activity that moves as many parts of the body as possible and organ systems will change your mental state.

Remember that the MOVEMENT is the basic function of the body. If we do not move, our body starts deteriorating, it becomes ill, it ages faster and we die earlier because of the decline of bodily functions.
