
Try this irresistible autumn recipe that will fill your home with most pleasant aroma and thrill your whole family.

Ingredients:
- 2 small pumpkins
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 100 g of tofu or seitan (optional)
- 500 g of fresh cow cheese
- 200 g of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme
- 150 g of orange sweet potato cut in chunks
- 150 g of white sweet potato cut in chunks
- 100 g of parmesan
- Spices optional
Preparation:
Cut the pumpkins in half and remove the seeds.
Smear the pumpkins with olive oil and salt and put them in the oven at 180°C.
Bake for half an hour or until they are softened.
Fry tofu or seitan (if you are going to use these ingredients) on olive oil and add sweet potatoes and thyme.
Fry for 10 minutes and add salt, pepper and dill.
Cool the mixture and then mix it with sour cream and add salt.
Fill the fried pumpkins with mixture, put parmesan on top and bake for 10 more minutes until it becomes more brownish.
