Many nutritionists consider cottage cheese as an ideal food for both children and adults.
Cottage cheese is a good source of riboflavin, vitamin B12, phosphorus and calcium.
It contains little fat and carbohydrates and lots of protein, making it an ideal food for people who want to lose weight and for athletes.
Cottage cheese makes you feel full, but it is also easily digestible, which is why you can eat it even late at night.
Although adults are increasingly adding cottage cheese to their diet, children tend to avoid it.
Probably they do not like its unusual look and smell.
However, in Russia every mom knows how to feed her children with fresh cheese.
Try these two simple recipes and your child will easily eat this healthy food.
