Chickenpox – as much as parents wish their children had them as soon as possible, they are probably a bit afraid too.
Chicken pox is an infectious disease caused by the varicella-zoster virus from the herpes family of viruses, characterized by a typical vesicular exanthema (water blisters).
This is the most common viral infectious disease that affects mainly young adults.

In the initial stage of the disease the virus is located on the mucosa of the respiratory tract. It later moves into the bloodstream, and eventually it can be isolated only from the skin lesions.
The rash starts with a few small red spots (papules), which quickly fill with fluid to form small blisters (vesicles).
The virus is spread from person to person by respiratory droplets or by contact with fluid from the bubble.
A person having this disease can infect others for a period of two days before the onset of the rash up until six days after the appearance of the first bubble, or even until all the blisters have crusted over. The incubation lasts between 10 and 21 days.
As much as parents wish their children had them as soon as possible, they are probably a bit scared too.
Many pediatricians have long advised against bathing in the hyper manganese, because it really dries out your skin, and some children do not tolerate it.
That is why nature gives us the best solution. Children need to get adequate hygiene by a daily oatmeal bath enriched with macerate, Roman chamomile, tea tree and other antiseptic and antiviral oil.
Oatmeal bath has proved to be excellent in relieving itching
How to make an oatmeal bath
Put 1 cup of oats (preferably organic oats) into a blender with 1 liter of water. Grind, strain through a cheesecloth and mix with water in which you will bath the baby.
You can bath your child twice a day. After that spray the child with a combination of hydrolate (for example, balm, witch hazel, lavender), which will give the skin a cool feeling and calm redness. Use it whenever you see your child scratch itself.
Homeopathic remedy Rhus Tox is also proven to be highly effective in preventing itching while Mercurius is very effective if you have swollen lymph nodes.
When all crusts fall off, the scars that remain can be treated with a mixture of wheat germ oil, fruit of wild rose and essential oils, which act on the scars (use curry plant, carrot seed, neroli and niaouli essential oils).
