Ingredients:
- 9 large tomatoes, cut in half
- ½ cup of gently fried almonds
- 2 garlic cloves
- hand full of basil
- fresh pepper
- Himalayan salt
Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 200 °C. Cover the plate with baking paper and place tomato slices on the plate. Gently sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 70 min on 200 °C.
- Remove from the oven, lower the temperature to 160 °C and put almonds. Bake for 8-10 min.
- Blend garlic, then mix it with basil and then almonds.
- Add oil, fried tomatoes and mix until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
- Add salt and pepper and serve with your favourite pasta.
