1. "Virgin mojito" with beech and mint
Ingredients:
- 2 dl beech juice with mint taste
- 2-3 ice cubes
- slice of lemon or lime
- fresh mint
- natural sweetener (brown sugar or xylitol)
Mix the ingredients and serve with 2-3 ice cubes.
2. Layer by layer – beech and strawberry
Ingredients:
- 2 dl beech juice
- 4 strawberries (or other fruit, to taste)
- fresh mint
- natural sweetener (brown sugar or xylitol)
Blend the strawberries. Place some of the mixture on the bottom of the glass, pour the beech juice and put the remainder of the strawberries on top.
Decorate with fresh mint leaves. Serve cold.
3. Beech ice cream
Ingredients:
- 1,5 dl beech juice
- 2 strawberries
- natural sweetener (brown sugar or other)
Blend the strawberries, add the juice, stir well and freeze in a bowl.
