It is important to each person to have a beautiful and healthy skin.
However, with today's fast pace of life, the food we eat, the smog that surrounds us and the lack of time, it is very difficult to achieve it.
"Unfortunately," there is no product that will turn your skin bright and clean in a blink of an eye.
It is a process during which you should enjoy and cheer each small change (a disappearance of one small wrinkle a month is a success in itself).
The first step – inner cleansing
The first step is to cleanse yourselves from the inside, because the skin is associated with the function of other organs, especially the liver.
People who have dry skin should increase their water intake twofold (each time you drink a glass of water, drink another, it will be enough for the start)
For those with problem skin it is recommended to drink burdock root tea 2-3 times a day, because that tea encourages skin and liver cleansing, and pansy tea, since it specifically acts to improve the function of the skin.
As a replacement for teas, you can use SIPF plant extracts (complete solution of fresh herbs) and SIPF artichokes (for quality liver cleansing) and SIPF thistle (for removing toxic products of metabolism from the liver and kidneys).
The second step - clean your face before going to sleep
Never, absolutely never go to bed if you have not removed makeup and cleaned your face, because the makeup which you have worn all day and the fat that accumulates in the skin at night will close the pores and trigger acnes.
While you sleep, your body temperature is higher, which increases the absorption of substances on your skin, so you do not want to cover your skin with crèmes before going to bed.
Just clean your face, splash it with floral water and that's it.
Of course, this does not apply to those who have extremely problematic or very dry skin; after they apply floral water they can use some oil for skin care.
Be sure to avoid medications that contain beeswax or honey, and those that "additionally nourish and moisturize” the skin, because they can easily clog the pores.
The skin under heavy beeswax or mineral oils, parabens and propylene glycol can not breathe easily.
Recommendation for evening care
Clean your face with oil mixture, for example, sunflower oil, jojoba oil and mango butter (all products have to be cold pressed and unrefined).
It is best to spray dry skin with hydrolyte made of Bulgarian rose, lavender and German chamomile, and to use hydrolyte made of rosemary (verbenon chemotype), neroli or thyme (linalool chemotype).
If you feel that your skin becomes tighter or you simply want to put something on, apply a mixture of oil, for example, hazelnut, macadamia or argan oil enriched with essential rosemary, busin and geranium oils.
Step Three - day care
The third step is the day care: in the morning, after you wash your face, apply hydrolate and while the skin is still moist, apply a light cream that suits your skin type.
Ensure that all oils are cold-pressed, that they do not contain ingredients you can not read or understand and that they do not contain water but hydrolates.
Result
After a month, the skin will show you how much it appreciates the ingredients which are very similar to ingredients found in skin and are very well integrated into its structure.
After 6 months of this treatment, you will see that your skin is healthier now than when you were in your 20s.
