Three methods for quitting smoking

At the beginning of the New Year, we often make decisions to resolve unhealthy habits in the year to come.

One of them is quitting smoking.

It is not easy to get rid of unhealthy habits. You invest a lot of time and effort into them, you build them day by day.

In the beginning, you are satisfied with yourselves, you feel different and are convinced that others see you as different and interesting.

So you embrace those habits, believing they will allow you to not only feel better about yourself, but also to have a better self image, that you will become the person that you want to be.

Time passes. Being a fast learner, you adopt habits very fast, fostering and developing them.

You become a creature of habit that is poisoning you and making you happy at the same time.

Sooner or later you reach a state where you stop and think about yourself and want to change, go back to the beginning, and you do not know where the "reset" button is.

What do you do when you finish one pack of cigarettes and open another?

When your lungs start to play a strange tune, when climbing stairs becomes an effort, when you wouldn't dream of going up a hill?

You have fallen into your own trap, even though you only wanted was to be "cool". You can blame the tobacco companies or the society.

But still, the main culprit is you.

Accept the change

If you want to quit, you need a proper period to free yourself from that habit.

You have been fostering that habit for many long years, so it need longer time to get rid of it completely.

One of the most important things in life is to be a person who is happy about yourself and a person who lives exactly like you wants to live.

We all change, our beliefs, desires and thoughts are no longer the same as a few years ago. We always change our circumstances, people, knowledge, experience.

Rather than letting our thoughts be occupied with failed solutions and what we no longer want, we should start thinking about what we really want.

Regardless of whether you are aware of it, you can really go in whatever direction you choose.

To change a habit, you need to literally "reprogram" your brain.

Do you want to depend on cigarettes for the rest of your life? Instead, you must install a new neurological pathways in the brain that will allow you to create new, healthy habits that will make you permanently feel better.

The new behavior must be repeated until the old way of thinking fades and becomes forgotten.

Be patient and give yourself time for a change.

Get help and ask about natural methods that can act as remedies, such as acupuncture, homeopathy and bioresonance.

With the support of these alternative methods you will be able to get through the first days of smokefree lifestyle.

Natural methods for quitting smoking

1. Acupuncture

Acupuncture is part of traditional Chinese medicine in which needles puncture the precise areas of the body to establish the harmony of disturbed energy.

In addition to classical acupuncture treatments, electroacupuncture is being more and more frequently used.

Acupuncture to the ear is used for the treatment of a wide range of clinical disorders including headaches, chronic back pain, hypertension, allergy, stress, insomnia and weight loss. It greatly helps with overcoming addiction.

In 1972 H. L. Wen, a homeopath from Hong Kong, noted that stimulating certain points can help his patients during the symptoms of addiction withdrawal.

Later studies have been conducted on 40 heroin and opium addicts that aimed to help patients with the help of acupuncture and electrostimulation. Research results have confirmed that acupuncture may actually facilitate the withdrawal symptoms of addiction.

2. Homeopathy

Homeopathy is an effective system of treatment which uses a comprehensive and individualized approach to the patient in order to create a homeopathic remedy specifically for that person.

The goal of homeopathy is to discover the cause of the problem -  the trauma or emotion underlying the addictive behavior in some people.

Using homeopathic remedies brings the organism back into balance.

This way the person who wants to get rid of addiction is supported from the "inside" and that allows it to stay persistent in abstinence.

3. Bioresonance medicine

Bioresonance therapy finds irregularities in the functioning of organs and uses electromagnetic frequencies to treat the body.

Treatments that are performed using advanced bioresonance method are individually tailored to fit the needs of each individual.

Detoxification of the body included in the therapy helps with the release of toxins from the smoke, nicotine, tar and other components that cigarettes contain.

It is equally important for long term smokers and those who smoked for a short time but have managed to develop an addiction.

Bioresonance therapy eliminates the causes of addiction and desire for a cigarette, which is extremely important for persisting in non smoking after the end of the treatment.

Therapy eliminates the need and desire for cigarettes and reduces the withdrawal symptoms and the restlessness and nervousness that accompany them.

When it comes to herbal remedies, the following herbs can help you get rid of addiction: Noni, barley grass, kava kava, ashwagandha and aloe vera.
