
It is a barbecue season, best time for family gatherings, birthday celebrations and parties in the open.
Prepare tasty vegetarian skewers for those occasions. They will equally thrill children and grownups.
This delicious food is colourful, tasty, healthy and crunchy and you can change the combination of vegetables according to their season availability.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 4 zucchini
- 2 yellow paprika
- 100 g of button mushrooms
- 100 g of mini (sherry) tomatoes
- 4 white onions
- Olive oil

Salt, pepper, spices per taste (rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano…)
Preparation:
Wash zucchini, white onions and paprika. Remove the seeds from paprika and cut all the vegetables into medium square slices.
Clean button mushrooms with a napkin and cut them in half.
Put the vegetables and mushrooms on sticks, smear them with olive oil and add spices per taste.
Fry on barbecue until the vegetables are soften and serve while warm.
