Ingredients:
- 200 ml water
- 4 teaspoons green tea

Make an infusion from water, green tea and mint.
Let it cool, strain and add lemon juice. Pour the liquid into a bottle with a pump and your natural antioxidant facial tonic is ready for use.
2. Nutritious natural peeling for the sensation of healthy, young and healthy skin
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
Mix oil and sugar to obtain a uniform thick mixture
You can gently rub this natural peeling on the skin of the whole body except for the cleavage area. Wash away with lukewarm water.
3. Rejuvenating facial mask from strawberries and acai powder
Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons bioactive yogurt
- 1 tablespoon eco honey
- 1 tablespoon oat flour

- A little filtered water
Mash thw strawberries with a fork, add yogurt, honey, oat flour and acai powder.
If the mixture is tthick, add some water to obtain a mass with the consistency of yogurt.
