1. Vegetable energy cocktail
Ingredients:
- 5 medium sized carrots
- 1 medium sized tomato
- ½ head of broccoli
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 1 lime
- 2 pieces fresh ginger root
Directions:
Wash and finely chop all the ingredients. Grind them in a juicer or a blender. Strain the juice and enjoy the healthy beverage.
2. Vegetable and ginger juice
Ingredients:
- 4 large carrots
- 2 medium sized beetroots
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 piece ginger root
Directions:
Peel the beetroot. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper. Wash and finely chop all the ingredients.
Grind in a juicer or a blender. Strain the juice, cool to taste and enjoy the healthy beverage.
3. Drink for recovery from diarrhea
Ingredients:
- 1 l water
- 6 spoons brown sugar or honey
- ½ teaspoons salt
Mix all the ingredients and slowly sip the drink during the day.
