In order to prevent gallstone creation, you cannot count on luck.

You have to do something to prevent their formation.

With that in mind, it is important to regularly consume food items necessary for maintaining clean and functional gallbladder. 

We offer you several useful advices for gallstone prevention with the help of everyday food items.


Drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices


Drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices every day. Gallbladder works together with liver to remove toxins from our organism.

But, if one of these two vital organs becomes clogged due to a bad diet or toxin accumulation, cholesterol can turn into crystals and form gallstones. 

Juices made of fresh alkaline fruits and vegetables help reduce inflammations and allow enzymatic cleansing of liver and gallbladder. 

Raw, unfiltered apple juice is rich in pectin and it will help you to soften and decompose existing gallstones and it will also help prevent the formation of new ones.

Lemon, celery, tomatoes and rapeseed are also great sources of fresh juices for daily consumption.

If you suffer from pain in the gallbladder, next recipe can help you eliminate that pain and remove existing gallstone.

Ingredients:

  • 1 big organic, raw red beet washed and grated (if it is organic vegetable you do not have to peel it)
  • Juice made of 1 lemon half
  • 2 spoons of linen oil
     

If you do not have linen oil, you can use extra virgin olive oil instead.

Drink one spoon of this mixture during the day, once every hour.

Make a new mixture on the second or third day using ¼ of big red beet. Drink one teaspoon of this mixture three or four times a day, or more often.

Add this mixture to salads regularly or eat it by itself two to three times a week. It will keep your bile fluids uncompressed and flowing. 

If you are unable to find organic red beet, peel it. If you have organic red beet, use its peel also. Red beet in any form is a great food item for liver and gallbladder.


Supply yourself with healthy fats


Check whether you intake sufficient amounts of healthy fats.

Although some experts encourage patients to avoid fats, especially if they already had gallbladder surgery, certain fats help preventing formation of future gallstones and even help decompose existing ones.

Olive oil is an ingredient of many therapies that target gallstone decomposition. 

Healthy saturated fats found in coconut oil help absorption of important nutrients from other food items responsible for maintaining clean liver and gallbladder.


Stay away from omega-6 fats


Avoid toxic oils such as soy or canola oils since they contain unhealthy fats.

Have in mind that hydrogenised oils are saturated with dangerous fatty acids called omega-6 fats, and they are lacking omega-3 fatty acids.

Use extra virgin oils rich in omega-3.  That way you will enhance natural cholesterol level reduction, you will reduce toxic pressure on your organs and cause gallstone decomposition.


Use sunflower or natural soy lecithin


One of the easiest and fastest ways for decomposing gallstones is using lecithin obtained from sunflowers or organically cultivated soy without genetic modifications.

Lecithin is a fatty substance that consists of choline and inositol. Lecithin is the main compound in cell membranes and we need large quantities of bile to digest it.

When it enters into the liver, lecithin is decomposed in bile and at the same time it decomposes hardened gallstones. 

“Low lecithin concentrations in bile can be the cause of gallstone formation in many cases”, claims Michael T. Murray in his book “The Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine”.

“Studies have shown that consuming as low as 100 mg of lecithin three times a day increases the concentration of lecithin in gallbladder and larger doses indicate even more significant increases.”


Use apple cider vinegar and malic acid


The mixture of apple cider vinegar and malic acid, found in fresh apple juices, is a certain method of gallstone decomposition without the need for surgery or medicaments. 

If you drink this mixture, you will enhance the health of your gallbladder. 

Apples and fresh apple juice contain an abundance of malic acid - softening substance that can help in the process of gallstone decomposition.

A book titled Apple Cider Vinegar - Miracle Health System explains how you can cleanse yourself from gallstones in just two days by using apple cider vinegar and juice.


Enrich your meals with curcuma


According to researches, curcuma is a powerful antioxidant that helps fighting inflammations and maintaining healthy gallbladder. 

It has been discovered that curcuma increases solubility of bile, thus making it easier for our organism to decompose substances that would lead to gallstone formations.

Dr. Andre Weil recommends 300 mg of curcuma three times a day for enhancement of the bile’s chemical content. 

He also advises consumption of foods rich in calcium, consumption of additional amounts of vitamin C and limited consumption of refined sugars.
