A refreshing lemon and ginger juice is a great choice for every meal, including a holiday meal.
Make it from fresh, preferably organically grown ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger juice
Directions:
Grate the ginger on a grater and squeeze its juice into the cup with your fingers.
Pour boiled, hot water over it and wait until it cools.
If the juice is too strong, add more water or sweeten it with honey or other natural sweetener.
