The purpose of the food we eat is to nourish and heal us, as Hippocrates advised.
A review of scientific literature and practical experience gives encouraging results.
The results indicate the increasing use of Hristijan, a healthful spread.
This food, whose name literally means Christian, is prepared in the following manner.
Instructions:
Finely grind three tablespoons of raw almonds.
Add two tablespoons of freshly ground flaxseeds, one tablespoon of ground sesame seeds, half a tablespoon of honey and half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Add healthy, “living" water (water from a spring or energized water) into the above mentioned mixture and stir until you get the desired density of the spread.
Beneficial effects of the spread
