In life there are some things that are so simple and obvious that you would think: "No, this can not be true!"

When we hear that red wine stains can be removed with the help of white wine, we can not believe how easy it in fact is.

Such examples are everywhere. One of them is chlorophyll.

We all know how the health of red blood cells is important for the general health of the body.

What is the easiest way to keep our blood cells always clean, healthy and numerous?

What substance does our body use for building and transferring red blood cells? Hemoglobin!

Logically, we need to intake hemoglobin into our body. "But how?" - you may ask. The answer is simple: "Chlorophyll"


Miraculous effects of chlorophyll


Chlorophyll is miraculous. It provides so many benefits for our health that it is a truly miraculous food. 

But the greatest miracle of chlorophyll is that its molecular structure is identical to the structure of hemoglobin, with one small difference. The central element of hemoglobin is iron, while in chlorophyll the central element is magnesium.

When we intake chlorophyll, it does the job of hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is very important for the health of our blood - in fact, blood is composed of 75% hemoglobin.

Chlorophyll helps to rebuild and restore the red blood cells, and rapidly increases our energy and health.

Chlorophyll has the power to regenerate our bodies at the molecular and cellular level. It is also known that chlorophyll helps to cleanse the body, fight infection, promotes wound healing and improves digestion, immunity and blood circulation.

It reduces the binding ability of carcinogens to DNA in the liver and other organs.

In addition, it helps in the rebuilding and renewal of red blood cells. Chlorophyll has the following health benefits:

  • alkalizes organism: It is known that the acidity of the body can affect our health, because it encourages the growth of bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites. Chlorophyll alkalizes organism (prevents acidity and makes the blood alkaline).
  • has anti-cancerous properties: Chlorophyll protects against a range of carcinogens, which can be found in food and a polluted environment. The study, published in the journals "Carcinogenesis" and "Food and Chemical Toxicology" clearly shows that chlorophyll inhibits carcinogens.
  • acts as an antioxidant and anti-rheumatic: Chlorophyll contains high levels of vitamins A, C and E and has strong antioxidant properties. In addition, it was found that chlorophyll has anti-inflammatory properties.
  • removes heavy metals from the body: Chlorophyll is one of the most important chelates in nature (chelation – binding of heavy metal atoms to the complex organic compounds and their removal from the body). Its ability to bind and remove heavy metals, such as mercury, from the body makes it a powerful healer. We recommend that after the removal of amalgam fillings you increase the intake of chlorophyll to remove any traces of mercury in the body.
  • acts as an antiseptic: Chlorophyll strengthens the cellular resistance and in this way helps our body to fight off bacteria.
  • defeats halitosis: Removing bad breath is the added bonus of taking chlorophyll. This really works! In addition to acting as a natural deodorant, chlorophyll destroys the bacteria Helicobacter pylori and normalizes gastrointestinal health.
  • supplies cells with oxygen and contains vitamins K, C, folic acid, magnesium, iron, calcium and proteins.

What is the easiest way to daily supply your body with chlorophyll? Green vegetables and green smoothies!

We always stress the importance of green vegetables in the diet, and one of the main reasons for this is that it provides an adequate intake of chlorophyll!

  • Green pulpy juice - you can make it yourself from fresh vegetables or finished chlorophyll. Green juices are a rich source of alkalizing compounds full of chlorophyll, which are quickly absorbed into the body.
  • Liquid Chlorophyll - one of my favorite supplements - dense and concentrated source of chlorophyll, almost tasteless, that you can add to any beverage (water, juice, smoothie...). Unlike many other concentrates, the chlorophyll is not processed and contains no preservatives, artificial colors and sweeteners.
  • Fresh green vegetables - eat them as much as you can! Here we refer to large amounts of lettuce, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, kale etc. These vegetables are green precisely because they contain chlorophyll, so eat them as often and as much as you can! Please note that chlorophyll disappears from vegetables during cooking. 

So, our message is simple: you should intake more chlorophyll! It will do wonders for your health and will give you a lot more energy. Raw green vegetables and green smoothies are an excellent source of chlorophyll, and if you cannot consume them, consider taking chlorophyll supplements.
