Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower (small)
- 1 head of broccoli (small)
- 1 l water
- a little carrot, celery, parsley and a small onion
- spices to taste - salt, pepper
- ground flaxseeds - for sprinkling
Directions:
Clean cauliflower and broccoli, divide into smaller parts and cook with other vegetables.
Cook until the vegetables soften. A separate a part of the broth (about 8 dl) in which the vegetables were cooked.
Mash the vegetables and the remaining broth with a stick blender in order a thick mixture and put it back on the fire.
Add spices and, if needed, more broth and water in case the soup is too thick.
Before serving, decorate the cream with pieces of the vegetables left after cooking (carrot, celery). Sprinkle with flaxseed.
