Ingredients (per person):
- 1 glass of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of organic cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons of quality dark chocolate
- honey or stevia as sweeteners
Optional:
- a pinch of cinnamon
- little salt
Preparation:

Heat almond milk, add cocoa powder and chocolate and stir on slow fire until they melt.

When the drink reaches desired temperature, depending on whether you like your cocoa hot or warm, remove it from fire.
- Sweeten to taste with honey or stevia.
If you wish, you may add cinnamon or salt to give it special flavour.
