Ingredients:
- a bit of balsamic vinegar
- a handful of salad rocket

Ingredients:
- pumpernickel bread
- a handful of salad rocket
- salt
- olive oil

Mix that with crushed bread, add spices and bake at 250 degrees C for 30 to 45 minutes, until it becomes crispy.

Salad rocket cultivation
Salad rocket can be sown on several occasions from February to September in any type soil.
You can harvest it 40 to 60 days after sowing.
Apart from the garden, it can be planted in pots. Its typical yield is up to two kilograms per meter square.
It is best kept unwashed in the refrigerator in a bag from which air has been compressed out.
It is believed that vitamins and minerals from salad rocket are better absorbed if it is slightly cooked.
