
Prepare a homemade facial mask using natural ingredients such as bananas, yogurt and acai berries powder.
This facial mask will deeply nourish and rejuvenate your skin. It will protect your skin from free radicals that damage skin cells and cause aging.
Ingredients:
- ½ of a banana
- 2 tablespoons of probiotic yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of organic honey
- 1 tablespoon of oat flour
- 1 tablespoon of organic acai berries powder
- a little bit of filtered water
Preparation
Squeeze the banana with a fork, add yogurt, honey, oat flour and acai powder.
If the mixture is too thick, add some water to obtain the consistency same as of a yogurt.
Apply the mask on your cleansed face including the area around the eyes and neck.
Leave it for 30 minutes.
Then rinse your face and neck with lukewarm water and gently dry.
