Weight loss depends on many factors, but we can give you the guidance that will help you reach the desired goal.

Changing habits is the start

The foundation of the beginning of the natural weight loss is to change unhealthy habits and adopt healthy ones.

Hoodia Gordonii

Prevents the process of converting carbohydrates into fat and promotes bowel movements.

The recommended dose is 500-1000 mg before each meal three times a day.

 

Chrome

Chromium is a very important mineral that is involved in the regulation of blood sugar. Characteristic of chromium picolinate is that it quickly introduces order into our appetite and "teaches" us to eat only when we are hungry.

It has a positive impact on the relationship between fat and muscle in the body. Chromium can be obtained through foods such as whole grains such as corn on the cob, sweet potatoes, black beans, apples, some spices and Mediterranean herbs.

The recommended dose of chromium picolinate supplement for weight loss is about 200 micrograms, although some studies have used doses of 1000 micrograms.

 

Periploca of the woods

Periploca of the woods justifies its nickname – sugar killer.

By strengthening the function of the liver and pancreas, it enhances the ability of insulin to stimulate glucose enter the body's cells.

Active components in nopal reduce the absorption of fat and sugar from food, while soluble fiber attach with sugars in the intestinal tract and are excreted in the feces.

  • Elderberry - a powerful diuretic, reduces cellulite
 
Adding natural food supplements to your diet should not replace adequate exercise and healthy and wholesome diet.
