A healthy diet and detoxification brought Nada back to life

Our health is most often the reflection of our lifestyle.

This is evidenced by the case of Nada Radović from Belgrade, who had Coxsackie virus and, thanks to a natural body purification therapy and a healthy diet, regained perfect health and also got rid of other diseases that had previously affected her.

A few years ago Nada began to suffer from mild fevers, she was tired and had sore muscles.

Medical examinations indicated the presence of Coxsackie virus. Doctors told her that about 5% of patients suffer the consequences in the heart or the lungs because of that virus.

Unfortunately, Nada was among those five percent. At that time she continued to work, but she was not feeling well. 

Again she went to a cardiologist, who discovered scars on her heart.

After that, she went on sick leave, which lasted a year. She used a variety of medications, consumed vitamin C and also took a lot of walks, but the results were insignificant.

She was soon forced into retirement. Her immune system was very weak, so she was highly susceptible to viruses.

When she no longer knew where to turn for help she heard about a certain therapy that some of her friends had tried and benefited a lot from it.

The therapy consisted of various forms of body purification, changing diet and lifestyle.

In the beginning she was a bit skeptical, but it was clear to her that if nothing was done, she would feel worse and worse.


Consume fruits and vegetables for as long as you can


First three weeks Nada only ate fruits and salads. She slowly started eating spicy food: hot peppers, which are very healthy for circulation and blood vessels, and she started eating garlic.

In the beginning, all these food items can cause certain discomfort if the body is not accustomed to them, but if you slowly change your habits, good ones will soon replace the bad ones.

During the second month of therapy she began colon cleansing.

One of Nada's health problems was constipation, and such cleansing is normally recommended to all those who have health problems, since this method removes sediments of waste that can accumulate for years and poison the body.

During therapy, Nada lost 25 pounds and since then she has had no problems with maintaining her ideal weight.

After colon cleaning, she performed liver cleansing.

After cleansing the liver people feel fantastic, as if someone had given them wings. 

After the third or fourth liver cleansing, Nada started running, which was a fantastic feeling for her after all she had previously experienced.


Heart without scars


She stopped taking heart medications and saw a cardiologist to check what her situation was from the medical point of view.

Her husband and friends could not believe that she had improved due to these natural therapies. But, medical exams had also shown improvements.

The cardiologist who six months prior to that had performed echocardiogram on Nada could not believe his eyes.

When he saw that the scars had withdrawn, he examined her in detail and inquired about her diet and daily activities.


One day in Nada’s life


First, Nada drinks honey and water in the morning. Before that she used to throw away crystallized honey, not knowing that it is actually healthy.

She has not given up coffee, but she is only drinking two cups, while before she drank much more.

After morning coffee she drinks some herbal tea, and a glass of freshly prepared juice (from a juicer).

If there is no time to prepare the juice, she drinks 100% juice from the carton.

With tea drinks she also takes vitamin C, and afterward with juice she takes a teaspoon of pollen and a pinch of natural calcium.

Then she eats a piece of fruit (apple, banana, fig), and has lunch around 4 PM.

For lunch, she eats plenty of seasonal salads (in accordance with the seasons), followed by briefly heat-treated vegetables with olive oil, apple cider vinegar and garlic and plenty of hot peppers, which she never used to eat.

For dinner she usually eats fruit or salad and black bread. When she is hungry, she prepares soy steak, but avoids heavy meals.

When she is visiting other people, she drinks juices, eats fruits and prepares her body for a heavier evening meal, and tries to eat as much as possible the next day, drinks lots of fluids and performs an enema.

She no longer feels the need to eat meat. She eats meat maybe once in fifteen days.


Nada’s health is now perfect


In the past, Nada suffered from hiatus hernia, chronic bladder inflammation, menstrual disorders and ossification of the spine, especially the neck part, which caused strong dizziness, headaches and numbness.

Since she changed her diet and lifestyle, all those problems disappeared.

Nada admits that she is too lazy to exercise, but she loves to walk. She goes for a walk whenever she can.
