
Mash potatoes are considered as a simple side dish.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Simple and small additions can make it special culinary experience.
Garlic and Parmesan will make this meal spicy with full taste and nice smell.
Surprise your family and prepare mash potatoes that will become a real delicacy.
Ingredients:
- 1,5 kg of potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 2 dcl of milk
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 170 g of grated Parmesan
Preparation:
Peel and cut potatoes into small slices. Try to make them the same size.
Put the potatoes into a large bowl, add salt and water. Cook until they soften.
In middle size bowl warm milk and sour cream along with garlic.
Remove from the heat before it boils and set aside.
Filter the potatoes and mash until smooth.
Add warm mixture of milk, sour cream and garlic and add Parmesan.
Mix until the ingredients combine.
Leave it for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy this healthy mesh potatoes with a totally different and irresistible taste.
