High pressure is a plague of the modern age. Today the disease affects 80% of the elderly population and 40% of people older than 35 years.

If you have high blood pressure, do not ignore it. High blood pressure is a silent killer because it can lead to heart disease, stroke, kidney failure and premature death.

If you have hypertension, you do not have to take pills for the rest of your life.

Fortunately, there are natural methods that will help you successfully control, and even completely cure, this disease.

Diet

It is not easy to change your eating habits, but it is the only and the best way to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease, including high blood pressure.

Your diet should include as much fresh fruit and vegetables as possible. If possible, eat raw fruits and vegetables.

Consume only whole grains and pulse. Add seeds and nuts to your diet.

Avoid refined oils - use only cold pressed oils because they contain "good fats" beneficial to cardiovascular health.

Alcohol, tobacco, fatty and salty foods increase the risk of cardiovascular disease - avoid them!

You need to get rid of excess weight, because obesity increases the risk of developing hypertension.

Exercise

Regular exercise prevents the development of cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension, by 50%.

That does not mean that you have to rush to the gym - you can practice at home.

If you already have high blood pressure, start slowly with exercise and gradually increase the intensity.

Yoga is one of the best methods of treatment and prevention of hypertension.

To reduce the high pressure used positions such as Sukhasana, Bidalasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana, Pavanamuktasana, Ustrasana and Anuloma Viloma. Consult a qualified yoga instructor to learn the proper performance of yoga exercises.

Relief from stress

Stress is one of the hidden causes of many diseases.

Long-term exposure to stress can lead to emotional, psychological and physical problems such as high blood pressure and heart disease.

Relieve stress through meditation, special breathing techniques, exercises, and walks in nature. Spend more with your loved ones, write a diary and do not forget to do what you love.

Treat yourself with enough sleep. Lack of sleep is directly linked to increased blood pressure.

Laugh! Laughter is the best medicine.

Coenzyme Q10

Coenzyme Q10 is a natural substance found in our body that helps converting food into energy.

From the moment of its discovery, CoQ10 has been successfully used as a treatment supplement for treating many cardiovascular diseases, such as arrhythmia, angina pectoris and high blood pressure.

Coenzyme Q10 increases the elasticity of blood vessels and prevents the oxidation of bad cholesterol, which causes the accumulation of plaque on blood vessel walls and their impermeability.

Knowledge about the impact of coenzyme Q10 on the heart is actively implemented by the Japanese. In Japan, millions of people use coenzyme Q10 as an essential drug for the treatment of heart and blood vessel diseases.

Omega 3

Berlin researcher Peter Zinger believes that omega-3 fatty acids are vital medicine for hypertension.

It has been scientifically proven that omega-3 fatty acids reduce the risk of coronary heart disease, total mortality, congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction and stroke.

The American Heart Association issued a recommendation on the application of omega-3 fatty acids in the prevention of diseases of the heart and blood vessels.

The recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids is 1000-2000 mg.

Garlic

Numerous studies confirm that garlic plays an important role in the health of our cardiovascular system.

The biggest benefit of garlic lies in the fact that it protects the cells and blood vessels from inflammatory and oxidative processes. Damage to blood vessels by highly reactive oxygen molecules is a key factor that increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, including heart attacks and atherosclerosis.

The unique composition of garlic which contains a number of sulfur compounds protects against oxidative stress and inflammation.

Magnesium

The body needs magnesium and other minerals each day. Magnesium participates in more than 300 biochemical processes in the body.

Magnesium plays an important role in the regulation of blood pressure. It has been shown that regular intake of magnesium prevents hypertension, heart disease and diabetes.

Resveratrol

Resveratrol is a natural compound found in the skin of red grapes, berry fruits, plums, peanuts, Japanese knotweed grass and other plants.

It is a natural antioxidant that causes the decrease in aggregation of red blood cells and enhances the mobility and flexibility of blood vessels, and it is of great importance to the healthy functioning of the cardiovascular system.

Water

Your body begs for water - as many alternative doctors claim. Many diseases and disorders are precisely associated with insufficient water intake.

We all know that water is essential to our body, and still we forget to consume it in sufficient quantities. Recently, a linked between reduced water intake and high blood pressure has been proven.

Therefore, do not forget to drink enough water. Every morning on an empty stomach, drink 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water or water with lemon. Do not forget to drink water throughout the day. It is best to drink clean, spring or purified water. Ionized and alkaline water has additional beneficial effects on the body.

Vitamin D

A list of beneficial effects of vitamin D is getting bigger every day. Studies have shown that vitamin D plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of diseases of bone and connective tissue, several types of cancers, heart problems and Parkinson's disease.

Vitamin D deficiency is associated with increased risk of hypertension - a study published in the journal Hypertension.

Vitamin D is an important factor in the regulation of metabolism and blood pressure. Most people lack vitamin D, especially during winter.

Regular exposure to the morning sun increases vitamin D levels in the body. Vitamin D can be consumed in the form of dietary supplements.
