Tasty energy bars from cranberries, almond and ginger

Try the divine combination of almonds, ginger, dates and cranberries.

Make healthy energy bars which will help you conquer spring fatigue. 

They are full of plant fibers, unrefined natural sugars and vitamins, which keep the blood sugar levels constant.

The bars are vegan foods, free of gluten, lactose and refined sugars. At the same time, they are very tasty and easy to digest, which will make many of you fall in love with this natural treat.

Ingredients:

  • 240 g dates
  • 140 g almonds
  • 70 g cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger powder
  • 1 spoon of chia seeds


Directions:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you obtain a uniform mixture. Take notice that the mixture will be sticky due to the dates.

Press the mixture into a mold and store in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. Then slice it into desired shapes.

You can prepare this treat early and store it in the refrigerators up to ten days.
