Just imagine waking up in the morning full of energy and having great concentration on the job.
Imagine that you have a constant good mood and you are walking around with a smile on your face.
Imagine that you do not have a headache, back pain and joint pain .
All these symptoms may be due to accumulation of heavy metals in the body.
Simple natural methods can help you get rid of them.
Where do toxins come from?
We can not avoid toxins because of the fact that they are all around us. Unfortunately we are all toxic!
Even Eskimos and babies are no exception from this rule. Greenpeace has recently studied blood samples from the umbilical cord of babies born in the United States. Studies have shown that 287 types of toxins, including mercury, were transmitted from mothers to their babies via umbilical cord.
Toxins and heavy metals contaminate water, air and food. We daily use cosmetics and personal hygiene products which are full of dangerous chemicals. Not to mention vaccines and amalgam fillings.
When they enter our bodies, heavy metals accumulate in the internal organs, tissues and bones. Our body can not eliminate them without our help. Only chelates (agents that bind heavy metals) can remove them from the body.
Natural methods of cleansing the body of toxins
There are synthetic chelates, with the help of which it is possible to eliminate toxins from the body. Unfortunately, they are not harmless to our health, because they have many side effects.
But there are several natural ways of cleansing the body of toxins and heavy metals.
1. Coriander (Coriandrum sativum)
It was recently found that the coriander is actually one of the most powerful chelates in nature.
In 1995 doctor Yoshiaki Omura noticed a large amount of mercury in the urine of his patient. This was after the patient consumed Vietnamese soup with coriander. The fact intrigued Dr. Omura who began to explore the effect of coriander on heavy metals.
After many studies it was confirmed that coriander removes not only mercury, but also many other heavy metals from the body. Coriander is one of the most powerful and cheapest ways of detoxification!
How to use coriander?
Add coriander in your diet: Put a handful of coriander in the soup, salad or vegetable dish. Or make coriander pesto:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of almonds or cashews
- 1 cup of fresh coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- sea salt
Finely grind coriander and oil in a blender. Add the other ingredients and grind until the mixture becomes smooth. If necessary, add a little water. Consume this mixture every day, spread on a piece of whole wheat bread.
2. Chlorophyll
Chlorophyll is the green pigment contained in green plants - green vegetables, fruit, and seaweed. Chlorophyll has many health benefits, it is particularly known as a body cleanser.
This is because chlorophyll is one of the most important chelates in nature.
Chelation is a process of bonding atoms of heavy metals in complex organic compounds and ejecting them from the body.
The ability of chlorophyll to bind and remove heavy metals such as mercury makes it a powerful tool for cleaning the body. After removal of amalgam fillings it is recommended to start consuming chlorophyll to remove traces of mercury in the body.
3. Green Clay
With the sun, air and water, which contain vital elements, clay is one of the most powerful and oldest means of physical recovery.
Many generations before us have believed in the power of clay. In ancient Egypt, the healing power of clay was well-known. Green clay was used for treating and mummifying pharaohs.
The ancient Greeks used clay for treating fractures: they placed plaster band covered with clay over fractures.
Dioskorid talked about clay as having remarkable healing powers. He believed that clay has a "divine intelligence" and it finds and cures all diseases in the body.
Green clay bath is a very simple method of cleansing the body of toxins and heavy metals. Simply add 2 cups of green clay to a bath filled with warm water. Lay in the bath about 20 minute. Make the water as warm as possible. Clay penetrates into the body via skin pores and draws out toxins and heavy metals.
4. Remove amalgam fillings
Alternative doctors have long been talking about the harmfulness of amalgam fillings, and the latest scientific research has confirmed this. Amalgam fillings, also known as black fillings, contain mercury compound with other materials such as copper, tin, zinc. It is believed that the combination of these materials makes mercury "inactive."
However, the tests showed that people with amalgam fillings has 4-6 times higher concentration of mercury in the breath than people without them. Mercury can accumulate in the lungs, kidneys, liver and stomach and affect their performance. It is the most dangerous if it gets into the brain, because it is neurotoxic.
Puting amalgam fillings is no longer recommended to anyone, especially pregnant women. Persons with such fillings are recommended to gradually remove them and replace them with any other form of fillings.
Is cleansing hazardous?
Cleansing with natural chelate is not dangerous.
When removing mercury fillings dentist should be very careful, because during the drilling and extraction fillings can release large amounts of mercury. After removing amalgam fillings it is recommended to clean the body of any traces of mercury with chlorophyll or other natural chelates.
