Were you shocked by the death of Steve Jobs?
Is someone close to you suffering from cancer and are you horrified by their suffering?
Your emotions are justified. But, I have good news: there is a way you can prevent this terrible disease.
It is time to develop a cancer prevention plan for yourself and your families.
Cancer prevention is not so difficult task.
It includes attention to one’s diet and lifestyle, elimination of toxins and intake of certain nutrients.
1. Eat Healthy
The most important part of cancer prevention is your diet. Your diet must be as healthy as possible.
Eat whole foods in its natural form. Limit your intake of fast and processed foods.
Read the label on the packaging. Avoid preservatives, artificial colors and other additives.
When possible, buy food from biological farming. This particularly applies to the fruit, because it absorbs most pesticides and products of animal origin which may contain hormones and antibiotics.
Sugar feeds cancer. Limit your intake of white refined sugar.
Increase your intake of flaxseed oil which is proven to prevent the spread of cancer cells.
2. Avoid toxins
Toxins have become a part of our everyday life. Toxins can cause many health problems such as allergies, asthma, hormonal disorders - and cancer.
It is possible to reduce the presence of toxins in your home.
Many cleaning products and personal care products contain synthetic chemicals derived from petroleum.
On this list are products for washing clothes, products for house cleaning, washing dishes, fragrant micro-compounds, shampoos, creams, toothpastes, perfumes and cosmetic products.
We recommend that you use organic cleaning products and organic cosmetic products.
If you smoke, consider stopping immediately. No matter what you think, cigarettes actually cause cancer.
Reduce alcohol intake because alcohol increases the risk of many cancers.
Regularly cleanse your body of toxins.
3. Exercise
Make sure to make exercise a part of your life. Mark the dates for exercise on your calendar and stick to your plan.
You will soon notice that your mood and sleep are enhanced; you will feel happy and full of energy.
In addition, exercise will protect you against many types of cancer.
Studies show that 3-4 hours of exercise a week reduces the risk of breast cancer by 40%, prostate cancer by 30% and colon cancer by a staggering 50%.
4. Relax
Our life is full of stress, and stress is now associated with many diseases.
Recent research has found that stress hormones cause low immunity and favor the development of cancer cells.
Therefore, learn to relax. It does not matter how much your life is filled with stress, it is important to learn to deal with it.
Meditation, walks in nature, exercises, warm baths, a good movie, spending time with friends or family are a good way of relaxation and will help you forget all your problems.
5. Sunbathe
Vitamin D deficiency is associated with osteoporosis, obesity, asthma, heart disease, multiple sclerosis, and even cancer.
Studies confirm that vitamin D is important, not only for cancer prevention, but also because it destroys the existing tumors.
Vitamin D can be obtained absolutely free: the body produces it when you expose yourselves to sunlight.
You should spend at least 15-20 minutes in the sun in order to produce sufficient quantities of this important vitamin.
Remember that sunscreens with SPF protection block the formation of vitamin D.
6. Intake additional nutrients
In our modern time of depleted soils and poor quality of food, intake of additional nutrients is the choice of many people.
It is common to hear that it is useless, even harmful, to take supplements. Such thinking is simply wrong.
Vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, and other additives are useful and their cost-benefit ratio is very favorable.
That fact has been proved by thousands of independent research. More importantly, many people who were suffering from various disorders or diseases, including cancers, confirmed that claim.
For cancer prevention is the most important to intake sufficient amounts of antioxidants.
As we age, our cells inevitably become old and damaged. Antioxidants can repair this damage and prevent further growth of cancer cells. Our body begins to produce lesser quantities of antioxidants with years and that is why it’s useful to intake them in the form of dietary supplements.
The strongest known antioxidants are astaxanthin, resveratrol, alpha lipoic acid and L-glutathione.
You can add and immune activators such as medicinal mushrooms, pectin from citrus fruits, vitamin C, selenium, zinc.
This simple plan will protect you and your close ones from cancer and will prolong your life for additional 20 to 30 years.
Do not be afraid of cancer, do something to prevent it.
