Five tips for a perfect day

Start your perfect day getting up early, doing a spiritual practice and having a healthy breakfast

Follow these five simple tips in order to make your day truly special.


1. Get some sleep!

This advice may sound trite, but nothing enhances  our mood as quality sleep does. And not only that - during sleep our body repairs and regenerates. 

Good night's sleep prolongs life, and it was recently discovered that the immune system works best during a night of sleep.

Therefore, go to sleep earlier than you usually go. That is how you will ensure you will have excellent mood the next day.


2. Get up earlier!

Wake up earlier - before sunrise. Go outside (or open a window) and see the rising sun. Greet it! In many cultures, the sun is a symbol of awareness, spirituality, vitality and prosperity. Getting up early will bring health, good mood, serenity and protection against stress throughout the day.


3. Spiritual practice

In many traditions, the day begins with a spiritual practice - and with a good reason.

Start your day with meditation, saying a prayer or mantra, making affirmations or any other type of spiritual practice. 

Spiritual activities in the morning will bring you peace and protection throughout the day.

I know what a grueling morning routine of the day looks like - you have to prepare for a job and do lots more. But - remember! If you get up early, you can have 15-20 minutes to devote to morning meditation.


4. Exercise! 

Once we have devoted some time to our spiritual "I", we need to pay attention to our physical body. Light exercise for 15-20 minutes. Do not force it - the exercise should be enjoyable and easy.

Yoga exercises are very pleasant and are therefore particularly suitable for the early morning. To start the day conveniently perform an exercise called "Greeting to the Sun".    


5. Breakfast

Finally – we should nourish our body so that it feels full of health and energy!

Is it possible to imagine a better breakfast than fruit? Sweet, juicy, delicious, full of vitamins and vital energy. Eat it as much as you can! Do not limit yourself to one kind of fruit – your table should always contain at least 3-4 types of fruits.

Do you feel rested, optimistic and strong? Do you feel the shield of positive energy around you?  If so - you are ready for your perfect day!


During the day


Due to the stress of the day you may happen start to lose the peace of mind and well-being. If that happens, just stop your activity for 10 minutes and do one of the following to regain inner peace:

  • Affirmation
  • Breathing Exercises
  • Meditation
