If you think you do not have the money for high-quality, ecologically grown food, just add up how much you spend a month on chips, sauces, pizza, snacks and other junk food.
Processed foods contain unhealthy additives that increase appetite. It can become very expensive addiction.
Remember two things:
1. Do not eat just for the satisfaction of your taste buds, because that will encourage you to buy expensive and unhealthy food items
2. Avoid frequently eating out, because in such a way you will spend more money.
Practical tips
Bread
Try to find a local bakery that offers fresh bread without additives. Organic bread and sourdough bread with sprouts are the healthiest. If possible, buy a bread maker and bake your own bread at home.
Cereals and pulse
Price of organic grains and beans is relatively affordable, especially if you buy them directly from the local eco-farmers (try to find one nearby). Use the extra virgin oil, lemon and spices to add various flavors to grains.
Avoid canned beans. Dried beans should be soaked in water the night before you plan to cook them. Organic lens is healthy and inexpensive and does not require any pre-soaking.
Most other legumes such as black beans and chickpeas also do not require soaking before cooking.

Foods that do not contain a lot of pesticides are:

Soups
Do not buy soups because they contain harmful MSG - a flavor enhancer, or the "practical" cans. Cook your soup at home using the old-fashioned way with vegetables and potatoes. Cook enough soup to last you for several days and store it in the fridge.
Bean sprouts
Sprouts are another way to make your cuisine healthier and varied.
There is no food that is as rich in valuable nutrients and ingredients as bean sprouts.
Germination takes two to seven days, depending on the type of seeds or beans used.
The most frequently used are alfa alfa sprouts, but soybean, wheat, barley or bean sprouts are also common.
Actually, most diverse plant species can germinate, such as legumes (soy, beans, alpha alpha), grains (wheat, corn, barley), cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, radish, mustard) plants from the onion family (onions, chives).
