Food for a seductive and attractive complexion

Skin, the largest antiaging organ which occupies an area of about 2 square meters, consists of millions of cells that are dependent on a constant supply of oxygen and nourishing nutrients.

Any change of diet, physical or mental effort, emotional changes, stress, genetic predisposition and hormonal fluctuations will lead to changes in the skin that will be clearly visible.

Therefore, it is logical that today's antiaging therapy is based on the skin and can visibly shave years off how one looks.

Your guide to alkaline foods

Our bodies digest almost everything that enters them.

The remains of food after digestion can be measured by pH.

It is determined by the chemical reaction of food eaten and by this method we can see if the food was acidic or alkaline.

As I mentioned, our bodies are naturally alkaline and we do not get pleasure from foods which are too acidic.

PH stands for the potential of hydrogen, which will indicate the acidity or alkalinity of certain foods, and that scale is from 0 to 14.

When food has a pH of 7, it means that it is neither alkaline nor acidic, and that the value is neutral.

All food that has a pH below 7 is acidic, while those with above 7 are alkaline.

Children are becoming increasingly sick, to the point where we are now starting to diagnose metabolic syndromes in the youngest of children even in outpatient clinics.
