Unfortunately, we do not value our health until it is lost.
From that point on, we start fighting to return to a natural state of balance.
But, during that long and hard process we are rarely willing to look deeper under the surface and to look for a real cause of our problems.
In other words, we are in such state that we are mostly concerned with curing the consequences of our illnesses and we rarely, if ever, search for a real cause of our health problems.
We are not just bodily beings, we are also spiritual beings.
We can not completely heal our body if we do not heal our spiritual level too, in other words, we have to heal our thoughts and emotions.
Less known cause of most diseases
What we mostly overlook is the fact that problems accumulated on emotional and mental level will sooner or later cause problems of physical level too.
Why is that so? Because every thought has a certain vibration or a frequency. If that vibration is negative, it is logical that such thought will cause negative consequences.
The opposite effect is, of course, also possible - positive thoughts and thinking can change our health to better.
Louise Hay, a founder of self-help movement and a founder of an idea that we can change our reality with a positive attitude, has long ago realized the importance of how we think.
In 1976 she wrote her first book on how to heal the body. That book is generally considered as a guide book on diseases caused by mental states.
In 1986 she published new and expanded edition titled “How to heal spirit and body".
We create our own future
Louise Hay believes that we create our future by every our thought, and that a thought can be changed at any moment.
According to that, the state of our soul is responsible for the occurrences of physical ailments and all other negativities that happen in our life.
She is, as it seems, completely right. A well-known and often overlooked theory that claims that the cause of all problems is in our heads is in fact more correct than we would think the first time we hear it.
This so-called "new-age illusion” is confirmed nowadays even by quantum physicists.
From the standpoint of quantum physics, everything that exists in the universe is just energy of various density levels.
Accordingly, every our though is merely a certain form of energy, and energy is – as physics teaches us – omnipresent, indestructible and can change forms.
Can change forms? Yes, it can. That is why it is of utmost importance to realize the power that our thoughts posses and the way in which they create our reality.
If you want to be healthy, think positive!
In practice this means the following: if you wish to be happy, loved or rich, think about your health, love and prosperity, not about diseases and poverty.
You want to keep those negative things away or avoid them, not draw them near or keep them close.
If you use the energetic potential of your own thoughts in a constructive, instead of destructive, way, your reality will soon materialize positively.
According to Louise Hay, our subconsciousness will accept what we believe in.
So she advises us to relieve ourselves from the burdens of our past on our way to healing spirit and body and to forgive ourselves and everyone who harmed us in any way.
Learn to love yourself
The next step in our healing process is to learn to love who we are and that we accept who we are as a whole.
Louise Hay claims that if you really love and accept yourself, you can do everything and small wonders will fill your life.
Your health is becoming better, you are earning more, you have more happiness in love and all of that comes with little effort.
If you love yourself, you will create an atmosphere of security and, with the help of the notion of your true value, you will attract many positive solutions to problems that used to bother you.
Apart from that, it is necessary to use visualization of goals we strive to and to build new thinking patterns.
In this segment, it is extremely important to learn how to think in a positive way.
Start doing something
Unfortunately, we are used to think and talk about the things we do not want, but such lamenting does not bring the change.
If we really want to do something, we have to start fighting the negative and instead of thinking “I do not want”, start thinking and saying "I want".
But, our desire by itself will not be enough to fulfill our goals.
Our desire is necessary as motivational segment, bit if we do not mentally shift into the energetic field of achieving; we will stay where we are – in the energetic field of desires.
That is why we have to start thinking and talking about our desires as if they already were a part of our reality. For example, I am (healthy, loved, wealthy etc.) or I have (a new job, a new house, a new car etc.).
Furthermore, no matter what change do we seek to accomplish, that desire can not be stated in the future tense, like saying “I will” or “I will have”.
Our subconsciousness is very obedient and if we state something in the future tense, we will send our wish into the future, far out of our reach.
In order to accomplish everything mentioned, you need practice. You must think positively and something like that does not occur over night.
But, Louise Hay claims that by working hard and repeating positive affirmations many times every day, we will without a doubt accomplish our desired goals.
Such approach costs you nothing, but offers a lot gain.
So, do not hesitate. The power of achieving your dreams has always been inside you. Wake it up and become creators of your own life.
