Do you suffer from constant stomach problems, acute or chronic gastritis?

Do you want to cure this disease naturally? Nature, as always, offers the best solution.

What is gastritis

Gastritis is an inflammation of the stomach lining, which can be caused by excessive accumulation of bile, certain medications, autoimmune diseases, unhealthy diet, excessive alcohol consumption and other factors.

The most common causes is stress and the bacteria Helicobacter pylori.

It is a disease that is difficult to diagnose, the most common symptoms including stomach pain, heartburn, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and dark stool.

Best natural remedies for gastritis

Wormwood

Wormwood is the most useful herb for stomach problems, regardless of its significant bitterness.

It works very quickly by eliminating any stomach problems.

Wormwood tea is an excellent remedy for cramps in the stomach and intestines, stomach catarrh, constipation, diarrhea, excessive acid in the stomach, feeling the pressure and pain.

Drink one to two cups of wormwood tea a day and carry out the therapy for a maximum of one week.

Pour hot water over a teaspoon of herb and leave it for ten minutes, then strain the mixture and drink it.

Fresh cabbage juice

One deciliter of fresh raw cabbage juice every morning on an empty stomach can quickly eliminate problems caused by gastritis.

It is a traditional remedy that is also recommended by many doctors. Cabbage is a rich source of glutamine, which helps in the healing of the lining of the stomach and in reducing irritation.

Alpha alpha

Alpha alpha is a food item with a high-quality nutritional composition, which contains four times more chlorophyll than other types of vegetables.

It is effective in eliminating digestive problems such as nausea, ulcers, gastritis and slow digestion, and also improves appetite.

If you suffer from bowel diverticulosis or chronic constipation, Alpha alpha is a good choice for you because of the abundance of fibers. Try to include this vegetable in your daily menu.

Chlorophyll, which is found in the alpha alpha, is one of the best remedies against H. pylori.

It prevents the multiplication of bacteria and promotes healing of the stomach.

The synergistic effect of both mechanisms of action of chlorophyll is particularly evident in the treatment of gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer and inflammatory bowel disease.

Aloe vera

Aloe vera is a miracle plant. This plant has been known for 5000 years in India, where it was used in Ayurveda under the name Grita Kumari (meaning that which nourishes and brings longevity).

It is greatly effective against many diseases, and is especially good for healing the lining of the stomach.

It is believed that a compound called aloctine is responsible for that effectiveness, which reduces the gastric juices and gastric lesions, promoting faster healing.

Dosage: Take 30 to 60 ml of aloe vera juice in the morning on an empty stomach.

Ginger

Ginger is one of the best natural remedies for stomach problems, because it alleviates nausea better than any pharmaceuticals.

It is more effective than classical drugs, as it reduces the inflammation of the mucous membranes and eliminates nausea.

Helps with indigestion, trapped wind, colic, irritable bowels, lack of appetite, poor circulation, dyspepsia and other gastrointestinal problems.

Dosage: a teaspoon of fresh ginger juice three times a day, or half to two grams of dried ginger.

Note: If you have acute gastritis, be careful with ginger, as it may have an irritating effect on damaged gastric mucosa. First, take it in small quantities, and then gradually increase the dosage.

Licorice

Licorice has strong anti-inflammatory properties. It also has a pleasant flavor, and is a much better alternative to conventional medicines.

It can quickly help reduce or eliminate symptoms of gastritis such as pain in the stomach, heartburn and flatulence and accelerate healing of the mucosa.

Licorice should not be used more than a few weeks without a break, and it is desirable to consult with herbalists.

It cannot be used by heart and liver patients.

Turmeric

Its compound curcumin has anti-inflammatory properties, promotes the formation of bile and improves digestion.

It reduces excessive gastric acid secretion and protects the gastric wall.

For stomach cramps, take three spoons of Swedish bitters. Drink slowly, one by one.

To fully benefit from it, take the original Swedish bitters regularly, once or twice a day.

Primarily used for gastrointestinal problems - for catarrh of the stomach or intestines, prolonged stomach weakness, lack of appetite, fermentation in the stomach and the inertia of the stomach muscles.

The tea is prepared by soaking sweet flag in cold water for eight hours.

Alternatively, pour boiling water over it and leave it for five minutes. Use one teaspoon of rhizome for one cup of water. Drink three times a day.

Also, you can take the tincture (25 drops three times a day), or three to five grams of root powder three times a day.

Sweet Flag should not be used in the case of diarrhea.

Gastritis diet

Treatment of gastritis begins with changes in your diet, which can bring a permanent cure.

Light vegetarian, cooked or raw diet without heavy and fatty foods is highly recommended.

Every organism reacts differently to gastritis, so some of the commonly allowed foods can cause irritation.

When you find the best diet for yourself, you can gradually introduce other foods see what suits you.
