Flawless skin is an embodiment of true beauty.
However, the constant skin exposure to sunlight, poor diet and lack of regular care lead to dark spots and skin aging.

The good news is that these adverse effects on the skin can be neutralized by using simple medicinal preparations.

Almond-based mask
Take a handful of washed almonds, peel and crush them to get the smooth mixture. Mix it with fresh, raw milk and put it on your face and neck.
Allow the mixture to dry, and then rinse it with water. This is a very effective herbal remedy for a clean, white skin.
With the regular application, you will achieve the desired results in the short term.
Papaya-based mask
One of the most effective masks for people with oily skin is a mask based on a mixture of papaya, liquid milk, milk powder and honey.
When preparing this mask, whose effect on the skin is almost instantaneous, mix the pulp of the papaya fruit, a teaspoon of honey and milk powder and liquid milk enough to get a smooth mixture.
Put the mixture on your face, leave it for about twenty minutes, and then rinse your face with water.
Sandalwood-based mask
Aromatic sandalwood cleanses the skin, giving it a fresh look and removes brown spots.
People with oily skin are advised to use sandalwood powder mixed with water.
People with dry skin are advised to use the same powder in combination with almond oil in order to achieve a fresh, bright and beautiful complexion.
Sandalwood is naturally cool plant, and its application during the summer months has an additional cooling effect.
Mask made from honey and lemon juice
Another effective herbal remedy for relaxation and skin whitening is a mixture of honey and lemon juice.
Take honey and lemon juices in roughly equal proportions and mix them in a bottle. Store the bottle in a cool place, but not in the refrigerator.
Rub a thin layer of this mixture on your face and keep it for approximately 30 minutes every day.
Rinse with plain water. Regular application of this mixture relaxes the skin and gives it a nice complexion.
Rubbing rice flour
Crumble rice so you get a smooth powder and mix it with sour cream or cottage cheese, depending on your skin type.
You need to finely grind rice because the grainy mixture will not have the effect of smoothing; it would peel of your face rather quickly and would look sloppy and inefficient.
Use this mixture and rub it on your whole body once a week and you will fall in love with your own skin.
Regularly rubbing warrants removal of accumulated dead skin cells, which cause your skin to look unhealthy, haggard and dull.
Protect your skin properly
Alongside these preparations, it is equally important to properly protect your skin from UV radiation.
We do not recommend the use of commercial sunscreens, because they contain chemicals harmful to your health.
Instead, use natural sunscreens or make your own sunscreen.
