Do you make cheese, kefir or yogurt at home and throw the liquid that remains after juicing?

Do not do it anymore, because whey is an ancient remedy that was recommended by Hippocrates himself.

It was thought that Norwegian women owed their beautiful skin to this drink.

Respected physician dr. Paavo Ariola advised his patients to drink whey to achieve a long and productive life.

Another proof of this is Old Thomas Parr, a modest English farmer, who lived for 152 years.

He was known for drinking whey every day.


The composition and therapeutic properties of whey


This food is suitable for human consumption from conception to old age.

Due to the similarity to breast milk it can be used as a substitute for milk in the diet of infants.

Whey in its original form is a liquid containing less than 1% protein and more than 93% water.

Its main ingredients are potassium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper, cobalt, manganese, molybdenum, vitamins, amino acids and valuable enzymes.

Hundred grams of whey contains only 26 calories, making it particularly suitable for weight loss.


The healthiest beverage for liver disease


Whey is a potent liver cleanser and cleansing the liver is the key to good health.

If you suffer from any liver disease, regularly drink whey.

It contains beta-lactoglobulin, which supplies the body with an amino acid called BCAA.

BCCA significantly helps in the case of advanced liver disease.

Intolerance to whey


Some people are allergic to whey. If you suspect an allergy, make a simple home test for intolerance to this food.

In the evening, rub a little whey on the wrist.

If your skin is irritated in the morning, you are one of the few people who are allergic to this food, and therapeutic use of whey is not recommended for you.
