Magnesium chloride - a precious mineral compound obtained by sea water evaporation – has proven to be very effective in various disease treatments. 

Magnesium deficiency in an organism is one of the risk factors for the development of many diseases, including malign ones.

Apart from being able to suppress infections and enhance overall health, magnesium chloride possesses remarkable rejuvenation qualities. 

Namely, cells in the human organism decompose if they do not receive adequate magnesium quantities.


Present throughout the organism


Without a doubt, magnesium is very important for our organism since it influences the activity of over 300 enzymes and is involved in almost every process within our body. 

Magnesium participates in activation of enzymes necessary for replication and repair of DNA. It allows normal transmission of impulses across nerve fibers and balances nerve and muscle systems. 

It is also needed for the conversion of food into energy, for the health of teeth and bones, for regular heart rate, protection of blood vessels and high blood pressure prevention.

It is very important for muscle relaxation and good sleep and it prevents problems such chronic fatigue, headache and migraine. 

Women especially have benefited from regular magnesium intake since it protects them against osteoporosis, alleviates painful menstrual cramps and offers a great help with PMS. 

Numerous testimonies confirm that women who have increased magnesium intake level have lost weight. Apart that, they generally felt more energized and less depressed. 

Magnesium has similarly beneficent influence on men too, especially with solving problem of an enlarged prostate. 

It is noticed that problems linked to the prostate significantly diminish over a period of increased magnesium chloride intake.


We suffer from magnesium deficiency


Today, many experts warn about the fact that magnesium deficiency is something both sick and healthy people suffer from. 

Researches in Germany showed that 40% of people over 18 years of age suffer from magnesium deficiency. 

Such deficiency is recorded with 85% of patients who suffered stroke. 

American study published in 2005 showed that over 2/3 Americans does not intake even the lowest recommended daily magnesium dosage and that 19% has intake that is only a half of the recommended daily dosage. 

 

Did you know? Sea water contains high magnesium quantities. Dead Sea water has the highest magnesium concentration.

 

There are several main reasons to which we can attribute the lack of magnesium in our organism.

First of all, our body absorbs only one third of magnesium we intake with our food. 

Next, by consuming foods made of white flour, such as bread, buns and pasta, we spend significant amounts of magnesium in our bodies. 

Furthermore, food items rich in magnesium contain less and less of that mineral due to modern production processes, long storage time and freezing. 

And when such food items finally reach us, they mostly come in cooked form which means that additional 40 to 70% of magnesium is lost.


Magnesium in the form of magnesium chloride


Magnesium we intake via the food is converted into magnesium chloride in our stomach.

That is why we can consume magnesium chloride without any harmful side effects for our organism. 

Great magnesium sources are:

  • buckwheat
  • bulgur
  • cacao
  • black and white beans
  • nut, almond, peanut
  • sesame and linen seeds
  • spinach and broccoli
  • pumpkin seeds
  • corn
  • tofu

With many benefits, magnesium chloride is also excellent for fighting infections. 

French surgeon professor Pierre Delbet had noticed antibiotic effects of magnesium in 1915.

In his work on infection prevention he noticed that magnesium chloride solution was significantly more effective when compared to traditional medicines. 

Professor Delbet continued his experiment with application of magnesium chloride on internal organs and he discovered that a magnesium chloride solution enhances immune system.

After magnesium chloride is introduced into our organism, white blood cells destroy up to three times more microbes than earlier.

With time, doctor Delbet realized that magnesium chloride has positive effects on various diseases and problems, such as digestive tract diseases, eczema, acnes, psoriasis, urticaria, asthma, hay fever, impotency, prostate disease, Parkinson’s disease, circulation problems etc. 

He also discovered that magnesium chloride is highly effective in cancer prevention. 

Besides, magnesium chloride is effective even against snake poison.

Another French doctor, A. Neveu, has managed to cure several patients suffering from diphtheria in just two days by using magnesium chloride.

He confirmed in his research that magnesium chloride is effective against respiratory organ diseases, hoarseness, common cold and flu and diseases such as measles, rubella, mumps and scarlet fever.

In modern times, Dr. Raul Vergini and many other doctors confirmed the effect of magnesium chloride with the aforementioned diseases. 

The list is longer today, so we can add diseases such herpes zoster, eye infections, and rheumatic diseases.

Magnesium chloride has a beneficial effect on chronic fatigue and shock states. But, even if you are healthy, it will enhance the appearance of your hair, nails and complexion and make you livelier and more optimistic.

Magnesium chloride preparation


Most magnesium pills that are used as a diet supplement contain magnesium chloride. 

But, you can make your own magnesium chloride mix.

Boil one liter of water and let it cool.

Pour 33 g of magnesium chloride bought at the pharmacist or at the herbal pharmacist into a glass container and add cooled water you boiled.

Close the container and shake it. You do not have to keep the mixture in the fridge. 

Dosage: daily dosage depends on your age and disease and varies from half to three small coffee mugs a day.

  • from 10 to 50 years: half of small coffee mug each morning
  • from 51 to 70: one small coffee mug each morning
  • from 71 and over: one coffee mug in the morning and one in the evening

Magnesium chloride does not cause addiction and can be used as an additional therapy for any other form of therapy.
