
Imagine a fine homemade Nutella which does not contain any sugar.
It sounds perfect, doesn't it?
You can also make this delicacy by yourself.
It is simple and quick to prepare.
All you need are hazelnuts, cocoa and a few other ingredients you probably already have at home.
Hazelnuts will help you to strengthen the body, while a cocoa will improve your mood.
This spread can be used for pancakes or for preparing cakes.
It will be popular among younger members of your family, but the elderly members will enjoy it equally.
Ingredients for one jar:
- 240 grams of toasted hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of organic cocoa
- 120 ml of rice milk (or oatmeal, coconut, hazelnut and almond milk)
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Preparation:
Toast the hazelnuts in an oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
Peel them with a dry towel.
First place hazelnuts in a food processor and then add the rest of the ingredients.
Process for a few minutes until you get a smooth spread.
Keep it in a refrigerator.
