1. Aloe vera

Drink a cup of natural, unsweetened aloe vera juice every day. This juice contains polysaccharides which strengthen the immune system and stimulate the production of white blood cells that enable successful fight against toxic substances.

In addition to aloe vera, drink plenty of water and juices. For best results, get a juicer. Fresh juices will give you the most nutrients and enzymes without burdening your digestion.


2. Dandelion

Dandelion has been used for centuries for cleansing and strengthening the liver. With observations and experiences of herbalist, even modern research has confirmed the efficacy of dandelion.

Fresh dandelion leaves can be added to a salad or green pulpy juice. You can find it in the meadows, gardens, forest trails, and in health food stores.


3. Kale

Kale is a strong alkaline green vegetable. Some consider it too bitter for making salads.

Ayurvedic medicine advocates, however, adding bitter ingredients to food because bitter foods have strong healing properties.

If you want to dilute the bitter taste, mix kale with other vegetables and eat it like a salad. You can add kale to green pulpy juice.

Just make sure the kale is organic or locally cultivated without the usage of agricultural chemicals.


4. Artichoke

The artichoke is a must on the list of ingredients for detoxification.

It contains cynarin, which helps in the natural process of eliminating toxins. Artichoke protects and cleans the liver and digestive system.

This vegetable also enhances the decomposition of fat and stimulates the production of bile.

The artichoke is not eaten raw. But, cooked artichokes can be a part of any salad you prepare.

You can make tinctures and teas out of artichoke leaf and use them for treating many health problems.


5. Coriander

Coriander is one of the best natural ingredients for cleansing the body of toxins and heavy metals. This plant is a powerful natural chelate - binds toxin and heavy metal atoms and expels them from the body.

Thanks to special essential oils in its composition, coriander helps the secretion of enzymes and stimulates digestion.

Some elements of coriander essential oil promote the proper functioning of the liver and intestines.


6. Ginger

Ginger contains ingredient gingerol, which stimulates the removal of toxic substances and waste and speeds up metabolism.

Add 30 grams of chopped ginger to your meals.

You can nibble fresh spicy ginger or drink a cup of ginger tea every day.


7. Broccoli

Eat one serving of broccoli every day..

This vegetable contains sulforaphane, which helps the body to produce phase II enzymes that cleanse the body of cancer-causing toxins.

Broccoli sprouts significantly increase the benefits of broccoli, to which the ability of cancer prevention is attributed to.

Sprouts are rarely sold in stores, but you can buy the seeds at the store or over the internet and grow your own sprouts.

Adding these sprouts to salads and sandwiches will provide you with even more protection against cancer than broccoli alone.
