The basic cause of cancer was officially unveiled before 1923., and its discoverer received the Nobel Prize in medicine for that discovery in 1931.

In 1931, the German scientist Otto Heinrich Warburg (1883-1970) received the Nobel Prize for finding the root causes of cancer.
Dr. Warburg discovered that cancer is the result of anti-physiological lifestyle.
Via anti-physiological diets (with food that acidifies) and physical inactivity, the body creates an acidic environment that is poorly supplied with oxygen.
Cellular acidity displaces oxygen; and a lack of oxygen in the cells creates an acidic environment.
Dr. Warburg said: "The lack of oxygen and acidity are two sides of the same coin: if someone has one, it also has the other."
If you have high acidity, you will automatically miss the oxygen in the body, if you are lacking oxygen you will have acidified organism. Acidic environment is an environment without oxygen.
"If you take away 35% of oxygen from a healthy cell, you can turn it into a cancer cell in only two days," stated Dr. Warburg.
"All normal cells have an absolute requirement for oxygen, but cancer cells can live without it. It is a rule without exception."
Tumor tissues are acidic, whereas healthy tissues are alkaline
In his work "The metabolism of tumors," Dr. Warburg demonstrated that all cancerous forms fulfill two basic conditions: blood acidity and hypoxia (lack of oxygen).
He found that the tumor cells are anaerobic (do not use oxygen) and cannot survive in the presence of high concentrations of oxygen.
Tumor cells can survive only with the help of glucose and in an oxygen-free environment.
Thus, cancer is nothing more than a defense mechanism that our cells use to survive in the acidic environment deprived of oxygen.
Healthy cells live in an alkaline environment full of oxygen which enables their normal functioning. Tumor cells live in an acidic environment that lacks oxygen.
Acidity and alkalinity of the body depends on the food
Having completed the digestive process, food creates the conditions of acidity or alkalinity in the body, depending on its nutritional profile.
Simply put, the alkalinity of the body depends on what you eat.
Acidic or alkaline condition is measured by a pH scale from 0 to 14, where 7 is a neutral zone. From 0 to 7 is acidic, and from 7 to 14 is alkaline.
In order to function properly, our cells should have a slightly alkaline pH, slightly above 7.
In a healthy individual, blood pH is between 7.40 and 7.45.
Blood constantly regulates itself to prevent creation of metabolic acidity.
However, some foods are acidifying the blood and polluting the body.
Food that acidifies
- Refined sugar and all its derivatives. The worst source of all because it contains no proteins, fats, vitamins or minerals, only refined carbohydrates that are bed for pancreas. Its pH is 2.1 (very acidic).
- Meat (all types)
- Animal products - milk and cheese, sour cream, yogurt, etc.
- Refined salt
- Refined flour and all its derivatives, such as pasta, cakes, biscuits, etc.
- Bread
- Margarine
- Caffeine
- Alcohol
- Tobacco
- All industrially processed and canned foods that contain preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, stabilizers, etc.
- Antibiotics and generally all drugs
Food that alkalizes
- All raw vegetables. Some are sour in taste, but the body converts that into alkaline.
- Fruit. For example, a lemon inside the body has a very high degree of alkalinity. (Do not be fooled by its very sour taste).
- Almonds. They are very alkaline.
- Whole grains: only alkalinizing grain is millet. All other grains are slightly acidic, but the ideal diet should contain a certain percentage of acidity and you should eat some grains. All grains must be eaten cooked
- Honey. It has a very high alkalinity.
