Why are bowel deposits and how to get rid of them naturally?

How to enable a normal bowel function? Everyday bowel movement is not always a sign that the bowels are clean from deposits.

These are the remains of old, frequently hardened stool in the large intestine, that has been forming for years. It takes time and work to get rid of those deposits.


Why are the deposits formed


Deposits in the large intestine are formed due to wrong combinations of food in the diet.  

They are the result of regular use of foods like products of animal origin, eggs, white bread, sweets, white sugar, milk and thermically processed foods through the process of cooking, frying and baking.

The accumulated remains create numerous problems for the whole organism. 

The deposits interfere with the bowel function and prevent the absorption of nutrients while at the same time creating local and general poisoning of the organism.

At the same time, they disturb the blood circulation and create optimal conditions for the development of various harmful microorganisms and parasites. 

They exert a powerful influence on the development of gynecological problems and problems with the male genital system. 

An expanded large intestine and plenty of old deposits exert pressure on the neighbouring organs (prostate, liver, blood vessels, reproductive organs) and disturb their function in several ways. 

Through the very thin wall of the large intestine toxic materials and harmful microorganisms very easily penetrate these organs causing inflammation, disorders and illnesses.

There was an interesting comment by dr. Mihalj Poša, who has linked breast cancer with irregular digestion in nine out of ten cases. 

He claimed cancer could be prevented by a correct stimulation of bowel movements.


Test how your bowels work with beetroot


There is a simple method with which you can check whether your intestins work normally or they need a more thorough cleansing.

The test is performed with beetroot. Eat a salad that includes one raw, medium sized beetroot.

Instead of a fresh beetroot, you may take two tablesoups of freshly squeezed beetroot juice. After several hours, pay attention to the colour of the urine. 

If it changes towards red, this is usually a sign that your bowels are not doing their job properly.

If the digestion system in cooperation with the liver and kidney work in optimal conditions, the urin colour will not change in this test. 

Dr. Ivan Neumivakin, a well known professor and a member of the European and Russian Academies of natural sciences claim that a positive reaction to the beetroot test indicates that the toxins direclty pass through the intestine, liver, kidneys and blood thus creating a basis for a toxification of the whole organism. 

As you introduce healthier habits into your lifestyle, from time to time perform this test, which will enable you to control the state of your organism.


How to improve your digestion and stimulate your bowel function


It's simple – start a permanent improvement of your diet today.

Here are some advice which may help you.

1. Eat a salad of raw seasonal vegetables with each basic meal.

2. Make a breakfast obligatory within two to four hours after waking up. 


You can try a healthy porridge for breakfast.  

Ingredients:

  • a handful of dried fruits: dry plums, apricots, figs and raisins
  • 1-2 tablespoons of wheat germs
  • 1-2 tablespoons of mixed flaxseeds, pumpkin and sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of oat or rye seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil


It is important to chew well during the meal. This will help you as a natural remedy which will gradually eliminate the deposits and enable you a normal bowel function and peristalsis. 

Besides, this breakfast will ensure your organism the necessary nutrients for quality function, such as B-complex vitamins, vitamin E, potassium and magnesium.

Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids from this meal will promote a stronger immunity, easier elimination of harmful fats and the reduction of inflammation processes.

 

3. Replace all the grains and grain products with whole grains, made without baking yeast.

It will supply the organism with significant quantities of plant fibers in natural form and consequently a better bowel function, which will help create the conditions for a better liver function.  


4. Regularly take foods rich in beta carotene or vitamine A.

 

5. To each basic meal add 1,5 to 2 tablespoons of wheat germs and 1,5 to 2 tablespoons of ground raw flaxseeds, pumpkin and sesame seeds.


Use plant fibers against health problems


Be careful when you choose remedies for bowel cleansing.

The application of common medical remedies usually fails to provide a quality, satisfactory result.

Those remedies are mostly aimed at attracting important quantities of water into the intestine and at causing a liquid stool. This will only clean the surface but will not remove the old deposits.

Taking various food supplements rich in fibers such as bran or plant-based bowel cleansers may also be insufficient.

A long-term use of herbal teas for stimulating bowel movement has a negative side to it. 

Plant fibers are among the best natural solutions. Foods defficient in plant fibers directly promote the development of hemorrhoids, polyps on the large intestines and skin tags.

Introduce healthy food habits as a basis for quality digestion and may a plant-fiber rich diet be your first choice for cleansing of the organism and preventing disease.  

"Increasing the amount of plant fibers in England, through eating integral instead of white bread, as well as through eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, led to a reduction in appendix surgeries by 40% in 13 years", wrote Medical News magazine. 

 

Thanks to a diet rich in fibers the inhabitants of Dakar, Senegal, have a 50 times (men) and 40 times (women) lower rates of rectal cancer compared to the citizens of the Western countries.
